We are so pleased that we chose Kelly to photograph our wedding: from start to finish she made us feel comfortable and confident that she would capture the special moments we wanted from our big day perfectly. Everything was laid out really clearly for us, including pricing and timelines, and she went to so much effort to make sure that she understood what was important to us and what we wanted from her. Her attention to detail was exceptional.
Neither my husband or I enjoy being photographed, so we were both nervous about this element of the wedding: we had no need to be! As part of our package a few months before the wedding we had an engagement photoshoot, where we got to spend some time with Kelly and be in front of the camera and were able to see how she worked and were able to relax - she really put us at ease and the resulting photos were brilliant! Consequently we knew what to expect on the day itself, which was a great weight off our minds.
When Kelly arrived on the day itself it was like having one of our friends and wedding planner combined arrive! She made sure things ran smoothly, and was also there with kind and calm words of encouragement, not only that, when I was having some trouble with my dress Kelly mucked in and ensured that everything was right before I walked down the aisle - she’s so much more than a photographer!
Throughout the day Kelly was discreet but captured every important moment - from emotional candid shots to stunning portraits - perfectly. She stayed with us until she was sure that every shot we wanted had been taken, and showed real dedication to getting the best shots, despite some challenging weather! When we received the final photos we were so pleased with the quality and precision of them: every shot told the story of our day perfectly, and we will treasure these memories and the wonderful photo album Kelly created for us forever. So many people have commented on how stunning Kelly’s photos are, and that they didn’t even realise she was there taking them, which is testament to her professionalism and experience.
